You and I are alike in many ways...
- We have the same hair.
- We like to hang out with friends. (Even if mine are KaCee and Maggie and yours is Colt.)
- We weren't very good at basketball, through the eyes of Coach Johnston.
- We are smart people... when we want to be.
- We are competitive people.
- We like boxing each other on the Wii.
- We have crude humor.
- We have last names that get butchered when pronounced.
- Sometimes we even dress a like.
But we are also different from each other...
- You like writing stories. I like solving math problems.
- You were in newspaper and wrote news stories. I was in yearbook and took pictures and designed ads.
- You like Circus Peanuts. I find Circus Peanuts disgusting.
- You are tall. I am short.
- You think they are called naps. I think that you actually die for a couple hours.
- You like to read books a lot. I like to read books a little.
- You are a good writer. I am not a good writer.
- You are obsessed with vampires. I am obsessed with House.
- You haven't written a blog since September 3. This will be my fourth since September 3.
But the point is, when I write blogs, I am not writing award winning stories. I am writing whatever pops into my head at that time and I write a paragraph about it and then go to the next thing. No transitions. No real point to why I am writing what I put down. Maybe I will get better at writing as I keep this up. Or maybe it will just stay the same.
Maybe you will be able to understand the way my blogs work a little bit better... Or maybe you will just get even more confused. In the end, thank you for reading them. I would return the favor if you still wrote...
Love,
Kaitlyn

No, I didn't mean that I couldn't understand your blog! Hahaha. I really like your blogs! I keep trying to be a follower, but Blogger keeps messing up.
ReplyDeleteAnd I talk to you guys more than I talk to Colt!
Also, circus peanuts are delicious.
Hahahaha! Well, that's how I took it. That's funny. That makes this blog super silly now.
ReplyDeleteThis is what I meant by us being smart people when we want to be. :-)
This made me laugh out loud several times. Especially the one about naps.
